| We have a great opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic receptionist to join a growing taxi company in Clandon.
No Time wasters please.
No experience necessary as full training given.
Hourly rate: £7.00 -£8.50 ph
Hours are flexible.
The ideal candidate for the role of Receptionist would have the following:
Excellent telephone manner with first class communication skills
Accurate and methodical in their work
Previous reception experience would be an advantage
Flexibility with working hours
Must have their own transport
Duties include:
-Dispatching the bookings to suitable drivers,
-Managing the bookings and drivers.
-Taking bookings from customers in an efficient, accurate, friendly and timely manner.
-Providing Excellent Customer Service, dealing with clients & colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
-Be able to handle walk in base customers
-Be able to think on your feet and adapt to various situations
