| We are seeking an experienced Store Manager / Retail Manager / Branch Sales manager to join a successful retail outlet in Leeds.
Hours Monday to Saturday on a 5 day rota
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
Duties will include:
To lead a team of cashiers to carry out the following services:
Cash cheques, deal with money transfers, personal loans and to sell electrical goods such as mobile phones, computers, cameras, Ipods.
To conduct interviews, appraisals, disciplinaries, training and coaching of staff.
To ensure that the store is kept clean and tidy and presented to a very high standard.
To ensure customers are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
To keep up to date with the changing market, promotions and increase sales.
To report figures to the Operations manager, cash up tills and bank money.
General office administration.
Experience required:
Have experience working in a retail / hospitality / leisure environment
Have management experience - proven experience of driving sales and profit to reach target within store through the delivery of exceptional customer service, stock management and fantastic people management skills.
Be passionate about retail as well as health and well being
