We are working on behalf of an incredibly successful estate agency located in Guildford. They have a fabulous opportunity for a tenacious, driven, experienced Sales Negotiator / Office Manager / Estate Agent to join their team. Salary offered: 19,000 basic (OTE 45k) Hours: 5 days per week (closed Sundays) Flexibility is required Key requirements for the role of Sales Negotiator / Office Manager / Estate Agent: Passion and drive in leading and driving the business forward and providing a professional and enthusiastic service with 100% customer focus. Ambitious, with a desire to succeed and the ability to achieve targets, driving profit, profile and reputation in the Guildford and surrounding areas. A proven ability in generating new business and winning new instructions. This is a targeted sales role where you will expected to achieve results. Essential qualities & experience : 100% Customer focused! Local market knowledge - everything that is currently on the market, making sure our client is the market leader. Previous branch management experience is welcome. Enthusiastic, passionate and thinking outside the box! Driven by results A natural networker who builds relationships based on trust plus a knowledge of Social Media channels Dedicated! Sales Negotiator / Office Manager / Estate Agent Primary responsibilities will include increasing the local market share by canvassing and winning new business.
