We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager/Director to work within a fast growing and innovative IT Security integrator based near Reading.
Hours of work: Full time
Salary: Negotiable up to £40,000 p.a.
Duties for the role of Marketing Director / Manager / Co-ordinator will include:
- Design and own marketing communications strategies and plans for the business and implement them within time and budget.
- Develop cohesive integrated messaging for the companies portfolio
- Manage promotional activity for new products/services targeted to the audience.
-Develop and Manage the Company brand
-Develop strategies to ensure new business opportunities are consistent and available for the Sales teams
- Copy write regular communications to the customer base.
- Exhibition planning and post event strategy.
- Take responsibility for the direction and positioning of the website estates
-Work with external suppliers to develop joint marketing plans and extract Marketing Development Funds
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Experience and attributes required for the Marketing Director / Manager / Co-ordinator:
- BA / BSc degree / MCIM qualified
- A track record of success in managing effective marketing communications and in strategic marketing planning.
- Experience includes identifying communication channels that work for specific business objectives as well as targeting defined key audiences
- A strongly customer focused individual who is positive, confident, self sufficient and creative.
The candidate must have proven experience of managing the marketing / communications of a business, IT marketing experience is preferred.
