Customer Service / Sales Assistant / CSR / Retail Sales
Full time, 5 days out of 6, rota basis (closed Sundays)
Approx 39.5 hours per week; flexibility is required.
We are seeking someone with the following experience and attributes:
At least 12 months retail experience
Educated to at least GCSE level
Must have first class communication skills
IT literate
Confident and friendly towards customers
Flexible towards working hours
Keen to work as part of a successful team
Duties will include: offering excellent service to customers, cash handling, keeping the shop floor clean and tidy, advising on promotions and special offers, training staff, answering telephone enquiries and liaising with higher management and head office.
