Our Client is a highly successful dynamic company based in Pangbourne near Reading. They are seeking a self motivated and driven Sales Executive / Telesales / Appointment Generator / BDE to generate appointments / meetings for their business development team.
Hours of work Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm.
Salary: basic 16,000-18,000 GBP OTE 35,000
Free parking available.
Overall purpose of the role: Sales Executive / Telesales / Appointment Generator / BDE
To cold call on the telephone to generate leads and set meetings with IT Directors for the sales team to attend.
Duties will include:
* Generate appointments through outbound telephone calls.
* Work to develop lists / database of prospects to whom the company can promote their products and services.
* Work on specific campaigns and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and(or) appointments for members of the business development team.
* Help develop campaign plans to generate sales opportunities
* Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity and customer feedback
* Keep the diary system up to date with all activities in or out of the office
* Follow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target times
* Attend and contribute constructively to sales / marketing meetings
Previous cold calling experience is preferable, as this is the main part of the role.
