Duties will include: Cash handling, Serving customers, administration and data entry, dealing with cash, cheques, credit cards, cleaning, cashing up, stock control, opening & closing the store, recruitment, training staff and sales / marketing. This IS a GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
STORE MANAGER:
Skills / experience:
* 2 years man management experience in a retail / customer service environment face to face
* Confident with budgets, planning, target setting, training, team leadership
* Cash handling experience ie cashing up tills, banking money etc
* Ability to liaise with various levels of staff up to regional management
* Experience in conducting 121s, appraisals and disciplinary procedures, HR Duties.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Marketing and understanding local competitors.
* Good knowledge of store profit and loss and how to drive sales accordingly.
* A track record of developing a team through performance management.
* A real passion for retail, with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Salary: between 19-23K p.a. OTE 25k
